H is for Health

This past week's beautiful weather has encouraged my health routine to start kicking in. I'm not always the best eater or most active person, but a nice day inspires me to go for a jog if I'm feeling really ambitious, or at least a long walk. I can't wait for all the fresh produce that will be around too. Especially strawberries! But don't worry, I'm not going to give a lecture on boring health statistics and why you shouldn't eat cookies for breakfast (Joy!). Instead, try to enjoy the gorgeous weekend by taking your mind off of work and the every day stresses of life!


  1. Good luck! I'm about to get healthier as well, trying to lose the few pounds I gained over the winter.
